一、產品簡介

振動給料機又稱‘喂料機’，各個地方的叫法不同，但是產品和作用基本是一樣的，屬于破碎生產線中的給料設備，用于把物料從貯料倉、或其它貯料設備中均勻、定量的供給到受料設備中。

振動給料機（喂料機）結構組成相對較為簡單，主要由：①機身；②彈簧；③彈簧底座；④激振器；⑤振動電機；⑥篩條等部分組成，其具體結構剖析圖，或稱示意圖如下：

2、工作原理

振動給料機的整個工作原理及流程如下：

①首先，用電機驅動位于激振裝置內的偏心軸，并產生激振力；

②這個激振力所產生的沖程，能將物料從給料端，緩慢地推至排料端；

③當物料被傳送到排料端，通過棒條柵篩，小于各棒條條間距的物料被分離出來，較大粒度的物料會被傳送到下一個接受端口。

1. 結構合理，剛性強，耐沖擊，運行可靠，具有排土功能。

   Reasonable structure, strong rigidity, and anti-impact characteristics make it     reliable for operation. Waste can be removed during processing.

2. ZSW系列給料機雙偏心軸設計振動平穩，工作面寬，方便卸料，軸承采用稀油潤滑，使用壽命長。維護少經久耐用，免保養時間長。

   ZSW series feeder is designed with double eccentric shaft. It is stable when vibrating. It has wide working surface, and is conveniently for discharging. Bearing is lubricated with thin oil and has long service life. Durable, long maintenance-free period.

3. 根據輸送量，安裝角度在0~15°之間可調。

   Installation angle can be adjusted within the range of 0-15 degree according to the requirement feeding capacity.

4. 可根據要求增加設計電磁調速及變頻調速結構（選配），方便改變輸送量。

   When required, structure of speed control through electromagnetism and frequency can be added in design (Optional), which is convenient for changing feeding capacity.
